There were some fabulous prizes up for grabs:

	Partytime Idol Trophy
	Vocal lessons for the winner by the Internationally Famous Singer Suzanne Lynch
	Professional recording of the winner and their winning song with Roundhead Studios, Auckland
	Interview and airplay of the winning song on 89.9Times FM

Partytime Idol was a fantastic competition and very successful. 13 contestants from all over Auckland and representing 4 venues:

	Merloz Bar, Red Beach
	Muldoons Irish Bar
	Orewa Miss Q's
	Westgate Players Bar, Glen Eden

Our winner was Greg Joyce (pictured right with the Partytime Idol trophy) and second place went to Waata Tupe.

With a crowd of over 250 people, the atmosphere was set and the talent was prepared to give their best.

A variety of songs were sung, from "At This Moment" to "Fat Bottom Girls". The audience enjoyed a great show.

The appearance of the Stars in Their Eyes Finalists, Lilli Latham as "Blondie" and Caroline Clements as "Shakira" certainly added to total entertainment package.

A big THANKS to our judges: Tom Sharplin, Steve Larkins (Freddie Mercury Impersonator), Suzy Lynch & Craig Prouse (Niteowl Karaoke).

With such success it will be even bigger & better next year when Partytime Idol is held throughout Auckland and may even venture into other cities.
